Job summary

The Treetop ABA in North Carolina is seeking BCBA clinicians to join a collaborative, supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality care. The clinical culture is BCBA-led and ethics-driven, with accessible leadership and AI-powered tools to streamline administrative tasks.

We support professional growth, offer a 25-billable caseload, and provide a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and WFH options. North Carolina locations include Goldsboro, Hickory and New Bern.

Qualifications

Active BCBA Certification (required).
North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
