Job summary

The Treetop ABA in North Carolina is hiring BCBA clinicians to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in home and clinic settings. This full-time role offers a base salary of 85,000–100,000 USD, monthly bonuses, sign-on bonus, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends and WFH options.

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs/ABATs, collaborate with a BCBA-led team, manage a manageable caseload, and enjoy extensive benefits including 23 paid days off, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and NC LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and in home/community settings.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
