The Treetop ABA in North Carolina offers a full-time BCBA position with in-home and in-center opportunities across NC, including new locations in Asheville, Goldsboro, Greenville, Hickory, Hillsborough and New Bern. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and WFH options.

Competitive base salary ($85,000–$100,000) plus monthly bonus opportunities supports clinical excellence. Join a clinician-led team focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.

Conocimientos

Active BCBA Certification

NC LBA License
