Job summary

The Treetop ABA in North Carolina is hiring a BCBA to lead client care, conduct FBAs, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a clinician-led team.

Earn $85,000–$100,000 annually plus monthly bonus opportunities, with sign-on bonuses, a Monday–Friday schedule, and options to work from home. In-home and in-center roles across NC offer flexibility while maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
