The Treetop ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical programs across in-home and in-center settings. You will conduct FBAs, design individualized treatment plans, and supervise a team of RBTs and technicians while delivering high-quality therapy to children with autism and developmental needs.

All licensed BCBAs in NC are welcome to join a supportive, clinician-led team with strong mentorship, ongoing CEU opportunities, and a commitment to work-life balance.

Formación

• Active BCBA Certification (required).
• North Carolina LBA licensed (required).
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
