Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care in a collaborative, supportive environment. The role emphasizes delivering evidence-based ABA therapy with BCBAs guiding the practice.

Position offers a base salary of $85,000-$100,000 with monthly bonus opportunities, sign-on bonus, and a Monday–Friday schedule. In-center work with some WFH options and a focus on work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
