The Treetop ABA, located in Sanford, NC, is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care in an in-home setting. The role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy, supervision of staff, and collaboration with a supportive leadership team.

We offer a manageable caseload, salary range of $85,000–$100,000 base with monthly bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Schedule is Monday–Friday with hybrid/work-from-home options available.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
