Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Greensboro, NC is seeking a BCBA to provide in-clinic ABA therapy and lead supervision of RBTs and ABATs. You will develop FBAs, design individualized treatment plans, and support families at home and in the community.

The role offers a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 with monthly bonus opportunities, a sign-on bonus, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. WFH options are noted as available in some cases.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs and technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
