Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring BCBAs to join a clinician-led team across North Carolina, including Hillsborough. We offer a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities and a sign-on option. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends and WFH options available.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• North Carolina LBA licensure required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver clinic and home/community ABA therapy.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
