Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Mesa, AZ seeks a dedicated BCBA to join our growing team. Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Masters degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral interventions, ethics, and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
