Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring BCBAs to deliver high-quality ABA therapy across home and center settings. You’ll join a collaborative clinical team with strong mentorship and case consultations, while enjoying flexible scheduling and reduced administrative burden.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• LABA certification required where state law requires it.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and collaborating with families.
• Ability to obtain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
