Key Autism Services is hiring BCBAs across multiple states and schedules, offering a flexible, mentor-rich environment with strong clinical support. Roles include center-based, in-home, or hybrid service delivery, with resources to thrive and balance work-life commitments.

Qualificações

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• LABA certification required where state law mandates.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
