Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring licensed BCBAs to join a collaborative clinical team across multiple settings. You’ll have autonomy, mentorship, and flexible options including home-based, center-based, or hybrid schedules.

We offer a competitive compensation package from $85,000 to $115,000+ total, a $5,000 sign-on, monthly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision, company-paid life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• LABA where state requires certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
