Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking BCBAs for flexible, collaborative roles across multiple states. The position supports center-based, in-home, or hybrid schedules with leadership development, mentorship, and strong client outcomes focus.

You will conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and coach families. We offer a compensation package ranging from $85,000 to $115,000+ with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, monthly incentives, and comprehensive benefits in a supportive,

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• LABA certification where state requires it.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable delivering home-based services and collaborating with families.
• Ability to obtain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
