Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring BCBAs across multiple states, offering home-based, center-based, or hybrid schedules to support clinicians and families. We provide mentorship, ongoing education, and robust administrative support to focus on clinical outcomes.

The role features a total compensation range of $85,000–$115,000+ with a $5,000 sign-on, monthly incentives, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, a 401(k) match, paid time off, CEU reimbursement,

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• LABA certification where required by state.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience with home-based services and family collaboration preferred.
• Ability to obtain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
