Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support children and families across multiple states. You will join a collaborative clinical team with access to mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and dedicated support for intake and scheduling.

The role offers flexible scheduling and the option for home-based, center-based, or hybrid service delivery, with a focus on reducing administrative burden to prioritize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• LABA certification required where state law requires it.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and collaborating with families.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
