Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in Jacksonville, FL is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. You will design and implement ABA programs, collaborate with families and schools, and help families improve social and adaptive skills across center, home and school settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certificate valid and current
• Experience with children and teens with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred
• Vehicle required for travel between assignments

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations and functional assessments
• Design and monitor ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and train ABA technicians
• Collaborate with families and schools to implement behavior plans
• Track progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Provide clear communication of results to families and staff
