Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team across multiple states. The role includes evaluating clients, designing treatment plans, and supervising ABA technicians with a focus on quality care and staff support. Travel between assignments is required up to 25% and relocation options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Graph data, adjust strategies to ensure progress and provide routine progress summaries.
