Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. We invest in growth and a supportive, collaborative environment where you can love what you do while delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children across multiple settings.

We offer full-time or part-time BCBA opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses. Travel between assignments is required up to 25%, and we emphasize work-life balance with a positive, friendly work culture.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate
• Experience working with children/teens with ASD and other developmental disabilities
• Vehicle required for travel between assignments and a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design treatment plans of care
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries
