Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a supportive team serving families across centers, home, and school settings. The role offers full-time or part-time options, with sign-on and relocation bonuses.

BCBAs will lead individualized treatment plans and collaborate with back office support to minimize administrative burden. We provide mentorship, strong growth opportunities, and a positive work environment, with flexible hours and emphasis on work-life

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA Certification.
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with ASD or other developmental disabilities.
• Vehicle required for travel between assignments; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care for clients.
• Supervise and monitor progress of behavior technicians.
• Design and implement behavioral treatment plans and obtain progress data.
• Supervise ABA technicians and provide training on behavior plans.
