Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in Maryland is seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. We offer full-time or part-time opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses, and support a collaborative, growth-focused workplace.

Our BCBAs design and deliver ABA treatment plans across centers, homes, and schools. Travel up to 25% is required to support families and ensure quality care across service areas.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate and Maryland LBA license.
• Experience working with children/teens with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of ABA technicians.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to individuals.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement and monitor progress of individualized plans.
• Provide family support to ensure understanding of assessment results and recommendations.
• Graph data, adjust strategies, and provide routine progress summaries.
