Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team across multiple states. We offer full-time or part-time opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses, a high and bi-weekly salary, and strong back-office support to focus on client care.

Our BCBAs design tailored treatment plans for children across center, home, and school settings, collaborating with families and a supportive leadership team to ensure work‑life balance and ongoing

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate.
• Experience working with children/teens with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Vehicle and driver's license required for travel between assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to individuals.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behaviour support plans.
• Provide support during family conversations to ensure understanding of assessment results and recommendations.
• Graph data, adjust strategies and provide routine progress summaries.
