Above and Beyond Therapy seeks exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join the team. We invest in growth and provide back-office support to allow focus on high-quality ABA care for children in center, home, and school settings across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate required.
• Experience with children/teens diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Vehicle and valid driver's license for travel between assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor progress of behavior technicians.
• Design and implement positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians and monitor progress of plans.
