Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and background in ABA.
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design treatment plans.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians.
• Provide family support and education.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with back-office support to enable high-quality client care.
