Qualifications

• Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or sitting for the exam soon.
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs.
• Willing to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop evidence-based, hierarchical programming based on client data.
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs on patient caseload.
• Conduct initial intake and recurring assessments.

Skills

Excellent writing and verbal communication

Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities

Ability to conduct assessments
