Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is a leading ABA provider in Indiana, seeking a BCBA to design and supervise client programs in a home-based setting. The role offers flexible hours and a strong team culture focused on growth and excellence.

You will develop data-driven treatment plans, supervise RBTs, guide families, and collaborate with other providers. A BCBA or candidacy within one month is required, with driving to client homes part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA or sitting for BCBA exam within one month.
• Background check required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based, hierarchical programming based on data and progress.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs.
• Provide ongoing family guidance necessary for programming success.
• Maintain consistent communication with treatment team.
• Collaborate with other service providers outside Golden Steps.
• Perform initial intake and ongoing assessments; discharge and transition planning.
