Qualifications

• Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or sitting for BCBA exam within one month.
• Must have a reliable car and driver's license for commuting to clients.
• Experience with individuals having developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidenced-based programming based on data and progress.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBT's on patient caseload.
• Review data on a timely basis and communicate with team members.
