Qualifications
- Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month.
- Must have a reliable car and driver's license for commuting.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop meaningful, evidence-based programming based on data.
- Provide ongoing training and supervision to the RBTs.
- Maintain communication with all treatment team members.
