Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Driver's license and reliable car required for commuting.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based programming based on client data.
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs on patient caseload.
• Conduct communication with treatment team members.
• Perform comprehensive initial intake and recurring assessments.

Skills

Excellent writing and verbal communication

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Ability to perform activities involving fine and gross motor skills

Education

Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

LBA (if applicable)
