Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or sitting for BCBA exam within a month.
• Reliable car and driver's license required for commuting to clinic.
• Experience with ABA and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop evidence-based programming based on client data and assessments.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs on patient caseload.
• Maintain communication with treatment team members.
• Conduct initial intakes and ongoing assessments.
• Manage discharge and transition planning for clients.

Skills

Ability to develop hierarchical programming

Direct and indirect training supervision

Excellent writing and verbal communication

Experience with developmental disabilities
