Job summary

Golden Steps ABA in Chesapeake, Virginia is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our employee-centric team. The BCBA will have the flexibility to develop their own schedule while making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives. The role includes developing evidence-based programs, training RBTs, and conducting assessments. Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Requires reliable car and driver’s license for client commuting.
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop evidence-based programming based on client data.
• Train and supervise RBTs on patient cases.
• Conduct assessments and maintain professional boundaries.
• Participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers.

Skills

Excellent writing and verbal communication

Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities

Ability to perform various physical activities

Education

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) if applicable
