Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children or adolescents with special needs.
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional analyses and design individualized treatment plans.
- Provide training to BCaBAs and RBTs for plan implementation.
- Supervise treatment progress through data collection and analysis.
- Oversee ABA home programs and train parents/caregivers.
- Handle aggressive behaviors and ensure client safety during sessions.
