A premier autism service provider in Tennessee is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team. BCBAs will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide vital support to families, focusing on clinical excellence and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have a current BCBA Certification.
• Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Previous ABA Experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs).
• Provide support to families managing challenging behaviors.
