Qualifications
Must have a current BCBA Certification.
Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
Previous ABA Experience required.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports.
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs).
Provide support to families managing challenging behaviors.
