Key Autism Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across multiple states. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, flexibility, mentorship, and work-life balance with center-based, in-home, or hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• LABA certification required where state demands.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation to service multiple client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments as appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
