Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our collaborative clinical team across multiple states, including Massachusetts. We offer flexible options—center-based services, in-home ABA, or a hybrid schedule—so you can balance clinical excellence with mentorship, autonomy, and sustainable work-life integration.

As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, monitor progress, coach caregivers, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• LABA certification where required by state.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Education

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field

BCBA certification

LABA certification (state requires)

Safety Care Specialist certification (ability to obtain/maintain)
