Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring BCBAs in multiple states, offering center-based, in-home ABA, or hybrid schedules. You’ll receive mentorship, ongoing PD, and dedicated support teams to streamline intake, scheduling, credentialing, and billing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• LABA certification where required by state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Education
