Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work across multiple states, including Georgia. You’ll be part of a collaborative clinical team with mentorship, ongoing case consultation, and internal CEUs.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• LABA certification where required by state.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
