Qualifications
- Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
- Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans for life-long success.
- Supervise and train amazing BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are on track.
- Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers regarding managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors.
- Conduct functional assessments and functional analysis when needed and clinically warranted, review program effectiveness, monitor data, and graph/monitor progress.
