Job summary

The Treetop ABA seeks a BCBA to lead clinical care with in-home visits across North Carolina. The role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental disabilities.

You'll work with a supportive, clinician-led team, maintain a balanced caseload, and benefit from ongoing professional growth opportunities, including mentorship and CEU support, while enjoying a flexible schedule and potential WFH options.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA license is required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
