Job summary

Heart & Home ABA, LLC is seeking BCBA and BCBA trainee candidates in Indiana to lead clinically meaningful work with flexible remote options where appropriate. The role emphasizes supervision, supervision costs covered, and opportunities to grow with a expanding program.

Qualified applicants will complete assessments, develop evidence-based ABA plans, supervise RBTs, review data, and collaborate with families and schools. Remote work is available for suitable cases, with in-person care as needed.

Qualifications

• Eligible to practice ABA in Indiana.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, family-centered, ethical care.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Complete and oversee clinical assessments and treatment planning.
• Develop ABA programming and update plans as clinically indicated.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to RBTs and developing clinicians.
• Review data, monitor progress, and make treatment decisions based on client outcomes.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and other providers as appropriate.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and high standards of care.
