Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is seeking a dedicated ABA therapist to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions in clients' homes or community settings in Indiana. You will implement behavioral interventions and individualized plans for children aged 2–21, collaborating with BCBA supervision.

Strong communication skills and a high school diploma are required; caregiving experience is a plus. This role offers growth, a supportive team culture, and ongoing mentorship to advance in ABA practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the home or community setting with early learners and young adults.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children between ages 2 and 21.
