Job summary

Golden Steps ABA in Indiana seeks an RBT to deliver individualized ABA therapy to children from ages 2 to 21 in home or community settings. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervision to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to the home of clients.
• Must possess a High School Degree.
• Experience in roles like nanny, teacher, teacher assistant, paraprofessional, special education teacher, or related fields can ease transition into the RBT role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations, and parent training as needed.
• Maintain data entries daily for all programs and stay available for supervision and meetings.
