Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA with BACB certification or be within one month of sitting for BCBA.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Reliable car and driver's license for commuting to the clinic.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and ABA.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based programming based on data and progress.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs.
• Provide family guidance to support programming success.
• Maintain communication with treatment team members and other service providers.
• Review data regularly and communicate with the team; discharge/transition planning as needed.
