Qualifications

• BCBA certification or imminent BCBA status (within one month).
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Must have reliable car and driver’s license for client visits.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and ABA.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based, hierarchical programming based on data and client progress.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect supervision to RBTs on caseload.
• Provide family guidance necessary for programming success.
• Maintain communications with the treatment team.
• Discharge and transition planning for children on caseload.
• Conduct initial intake and recurring assessments.
• Collaborate with external service providers outside Golden Steps.
