Key Autism Services is hiring passionate, collaborative BCBAs across multiple states, offering flexible scheduling and 25 billables with a supportive team. Centers, in-home ABA, or hybrid schedules are available to suit your preference and lifestyle, empowering you to make a meaningful difference for children and families.

Qualificações

• Current BCBA certification required.
• LABA certification where required by state.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
