Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks passionate BCBAs to join a collaborative clinical team across states. We offer mentorship, ongoing case consultation, internal CEUs, and dedicated support for intake, scheduling, and billing.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• LABA certification where required by state.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and collaborating with families.
• Ability to obtain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
