The Treetop ABA in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead clinical care in a supportive, clinician-led environment.

You will conduct FBAs, deliver play-based ABA, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with peers to ensure high-quality outcomes. The team emphasizes ethics, work-life balance, and growth, with a 25-billable expectation, generous benefits, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA license is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs and ABATs.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
