Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D required.
• Licensure in applicable states.
• Fingerprint clearance and TB test before employment.
• Demonstrated organization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ABA therapy and supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Achieve hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training sessions.
• Oversee programming in center and community settings; ensure ethical, individualized care.
