Boston Behavior Learning Centers is seeking a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our supportive team. We offer center-based and in-home opportunities across Greater Boston, focusing on high-quality ABA for children with ASD.

As a BCBA, you will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and professionals, and contribute to a positive, growth-focused environment with strong administrative support.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Massachusetts LABA credential or eligibility to obtain required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and functional behavior assessments to guide treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs to ensure quality and consistency.
• Mentor RBTs and support their professional development.
• Monitor progress using data-driven decision making and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide family training and support to promote skill generalization.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals for cohesive care.
