Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for various roles in Walpole, Massachusetts. Qualifications

• Must have current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or similar.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Analyze treatment data and monitor client progress.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
